Cancellation Policy

*No Refund Policy* All bookings for our mobile sauna services are final and non-refundable. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but once a booking is confirmed, we are unable to offer refunds or reschedule appointments. This policy helps us maintain our high standards of service and ensures availability for all clients. In the event that the sauna must close at the owner's discretion (e.g., due to the owner's illness or unforeseen circumstances), refunds will be issued. Guests will be notified in a timely manner and given proper notice in such cases.
